Delivery Policy

Chi's Banana Bliss offers fresh local delivery across the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties. Because our desserts are perishable and made fresh to order, we deliver locally on a weekly batch schedule and do not offer standard shipping at this time.

Local Delivery

Your delivery fee is based on distance from our kitchen and is calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery is self delivered with care, Tuesday through Thursday.

• Near — up to 10 miles: $10 delivery, $30 minimum order
• Mid — 10 to 25 miles: $18 delivery, $50 minimum order
• Extended — 25 to 50 miles: $40 delivery, $100 minimum order

If you are outside our 50-mile local delivery area, email us at orders@chisbananabliss.com and we will let you know what is possible.

Order Cutoff and Delivery Days

We prepare fresh batches each week. To join the upcoming week's batch, pre-payment must be received no later than Sunday 2:00 PM. Orders are delivered Tuesday through Thursday, and we confirm your delivery day by Monday 6:00 PM.

For large event or corporate orders, we ask for at least 14 business days of advance notice so we can guarantee availability. For corporate and office orders, email corporate@chisbananabliss.com. For events, markets, and celebrations, email events@chisbananabliss.com.

Pickup

Local pickup is not available at this time. All orders are delivered. We will announce pickup options in the near future.

Packaging

Every order is packaged in a branded white cake box, tamper-sealed for your safety, and includes complimentary plates, napkins, and spoons. Platters are elegantly presented and ready to serve upon arrival.

Storage and Freshness

Keep your desserts refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days for the best taste and texture.

Payment and Confirmation

All orders must be prepaid in full to confirm delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Shop Pay through our secure checkout. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
