Refund policy
All orders placed with Chi's Banana Bliss are prepaid and made fresh to order. Because our products are perishable food items prepared specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.
In rare circumstances, and solely at the discretion of the founder and owner, a replacement product may be offered in place of a refund. Replacements are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an error with your order on our part, such as an incorrect item or an order that was not received, please contact us at orders@chisbananabliss.com within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery so we can make it right.
