At Chi's Banana Bliss, every order is made fresh to order specifically for you. Because of the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at orders@chisbananabliss.com or call 1-(888)-255-9629.

Once production has begun or your order has been prepared, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Quality Issues

We take great pride in the quality of every dessert we prepare. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a description and photo of the issue.

We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement order or store credit at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged during delivery due to circumstances within our control, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery has been completed.
