Shipping policy

Chi's Banana Bliss prepares every order fresh to order. Because our desserts are perishable, we currently offer local delivery to ensure your order arrives fresh and at its best.

Local Delivery: Delivery is available within our local service area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and distance. Orders outside our standard local radius may carry an additional distance-based fee, which will be reflected at checkout.

Custom and Event Orders: For large, corporate, or event orders, delivery arrangements and fees are quoted directly. Contact us at orders@chisbananabliss.com for a custom quote.

Shipping: Standard shipping is not currently offered, as our products are perishable and require cold handling. As we grow, we may offer same-day cold delivery in select areas, with costs calculated by location and paid by the customer at checkout.
