How do you make sure your desserts are safe?

Food safety is at the heart of everything we make. Chi's Banana Bliss is owned and operated by a ServSafe® Certified Food Protection Manager, which means every dessert is prepared following the same food safety standards trusted across the professional foodservice industry. Each order is made fresh to order, handled with care, and kept at safe temperatures, so what arrives at your door or your event is exactly what you expect: fresh, delicious, and worry free.

Are your desserts really made fresh to order?

Always. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. We prepare each order by hand after you place it, so what you receive is as fresh as it gets, made with care right here in Florida.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We prepare fresh batches each week. To order from the upcoming week's batch, pre-payment must be received no later than Sunday 2:00 PM. Orders are typically ready by 8:00 AM and delivered Tuesday through Thursday. All orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed. For large gatherings or corporate orders, we require at least 14 business days of advance notice and a custom order. For corporate and office orders, email corporate@chisbananabliss.com. For events, markets, and celebrations, email events@chisbananabliss.com. We respond to new orders and inquiries on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is your proof that your order and payment were received. For weekly batch orders, we will also confirm your delivery day by Monday 6:00 PM. If you have not received any confirmation from us by then, please check your spam folder and email orders@chisbananabliss.com so we can make sure everything came through.

How will I receive my order? Do you deliver or ship?

We offer fresh local delivery across the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties. Your delivery fee is based on distance and calculated at checkout. Because our desserts are perishable and made fresh, we do not offer standard shipping at this time. If you are outside our local area, email us at orders@chisbananabliss.com and we will let you know what is possible.

How should I store my desserts, and how long do they stay fresh?

Keep your desserts refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days for the best taste and texture.

Do your desserts contain allergens?

Our desserts are made with dairy and wheat, and are prepared in an environment that may also contain or contact eggs, soy, and nuts. Coconut is available as an optional topping by request. If you have a food allergy, please note it in your order or contact us at orders@chisbananabliss.com before ordering. While we take great care with every order, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Do you take corporate, event, and large orders?

Yes, and they are some of our favorites. Whether it is an office treat, a celebration, or a milestone moment, we would love to make it sweet. For corporate and office orders, email corporate@chisbananabliss.com. For events, markets, and celebrations, email events@chisbananabliss.com. Include your date, headcount, and flavors, and we will handle the rest.

How does payment work?

All orders must be pre-paid in full at the time they are placed. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, through our secure checkout. Your payment information is always protected and encrypted.
